I love that you guys offer replacement covers for your cat perches :)

I got replacement uv bulbs, they arrived well packaged and work great! Very pleased with my canister filter and they company keeping replacement parts in stock.

It was made on time

No response to two emails requesting shipping/tracking info.

Have tried to contact the company about an Amosijoy Aquarium Filter that have fallen to deaf ears. Item has failed to work. Instructions that came with item were useless due to poor condition upon purchase. Cheap junk that doesn’t work.

The items came but the tubing was missing.

I was a little skeptical, this cat window perch fit perfectly and after adding my pets warming pad to it, my cat loves it. I was worried that it wouldn’t hold when a 15 lb cat climbed on, but the Velcro held up very well and it doesn’t sag with his weight on it. I am pleased with this purchase.

Took a three week vacation. My order did not get looked at for the whole time. So 5 weeks later still waiting…..
