I have been using Folio for several years now and just upgraded to the Team version! I am very happy with this system and would recommend it to anyone who wants to have a grasp on their business but just isn't the micro-organizing type of mind. This program keeps you on top of it all.

I highly recommend Folio by Amitree for every realtor out there. The system helped me to stay organized even when I had a ton of transactions going at once. I love the fact that I can include the lender and co-op on the timeline as well, so there is never any confusing about when items are due. Their customer service is impeccable too! Over the last 4 years there hasn’t been one time that I contacted them and didn’t get an immediate response and solution.

This is a great little program for real estate agents. I love it, my clients love it, gives me a little bit of an edge up. Support is great and you get immediate answers to any questions you might have.

Great extension for Gmail. I use it for all my transactions, most clients seem to find it useful but really it helps me just as much as them if not more.

Folio is an excellent tool to keep my clients engaged & informed. I love it!

Folio could be a very good tool but the functionality of it is ok. The files don't always parse correctly. You still have to manually move files from your inbox to the folio file to ensure you have them all. If you already have a listing open for a seller then you have the buyer theres not an easy way to merge the different templates together so you can just have 1 file to keep up with. In addition there isn't a way to mark the file as closed...you basically just archive it. It would be awesome to have a customer service rep to call or email directly as it's not all the easy to get help or questions answered. There are some other little tweaks that would really set this tool apart from others.

Hi Nichole, Thank you for your honest and constructive review. We are constantly trying to improve the product for our users and it's feedback like this that helps us do so. We are always working on improving our transaction detection functionality so that your emails are sorted correctly and that the tool discovers emails related to a certain transaction (to avoid you having to manually add emails to a folder). Also, thank you for the feedback about marking a transaction as closed rather than just archiving the folder - it will be shared with our Head of Product. Our customer service reps try to respond to all inquiries or requests for assistance within 24 hours and almost always are able to do so. If you've had a different experience, we would love to hear about it if you're willing to share with us so that we can continue to improve in that area. If you're willing, please email us at [email protected] simply stating that you're following up on your review (we can't find your email address based on this review as it only shows your first name) and our CMO will reach out to you personally. Thank you again for the helpful feedback and for being a Folio user.

CLUTCH FOR KEEPING TO TIMELINES EASILY AND COMMUNICATING WITH ALL PARTIES. SENDS REMINDERS, AND HAS TIMELINE TEMPLATES ALREADY IN PLACE, OR, YOU CAN CREATE YOUR OWN.

Folio keeps my documents, email chains and calendars highly organized. My only complaints are when the system tries to create it's own files. I prefer to manage that my self.
