Our 12 wood gazebo arrived in one box on a wood palet about the size of a queen bed almost 4' high. To get it off the delivery truck which had a standard lift gate, which was too small to offload as one box, the driver disassembled the large one box which revealed several smaller boxes he could remove at place at the curb. I with the help from my brother moved each of the smaller boxes from the curb to the construction site in the back yard. My gazebo site is on a slight hill with about a 3' drop from one side to the other down hill. Having a secure foundation that allows for a level floor is very key. Installing the 8 pie floor pieces was easy and quick. The side panels went together very easy. My battery powered drill is not an impact type drill which lead to stopping out several screw heads and the rounding off of the square drill bit. With the extra screws provided, I just purchased extra drill bits at a local hardware store and proceeded on without any other hick/ups. My assembly is still in progress and going very smoothly. As each price is added and my gazebo takes shape, I'm amazed at each step how great it looks.

We decided to buy a second unit for use out at our Boy Scout Camp. It was as great of quality as the one I had at home. The Amish Country Gazebos personnel are great to work with and their product shows real craftsmanship in all that they produce. I would no hesitate to recommend them to anyone who looking for a fine Gazebo.

Very good product. Assembly was not too difficult. Package instructions could be better but between the on-line manual and the instructions that came with the package, assembly was straightforward. The trim around the bottom of the post did not anchor to the post as shown in the instruction but other than that everything fit fairly well.

Looked local and also on-line at several gazebos. Called and talked with Mel regarding some of the features offered with Amish Gazebos. We ordered a 14' with screens and windows. We absolutely love it. We have had this a year and it still looks like new! We live in rural northern New York where we get a lot of cold and snow. It still looks great! We would definitely recommend Amish Country Gazebos.

After viewing The Amish Country Gazebo website, I knew I did not need to look any further. My husband and I began planning what style and location would be good for a gazebo in our yard. I sent an email to the company. Their correspondence and service was impeccable. The quality of their product is outstanding . Their is not a doubt in our minds that this gazebo will give us a lifetime of enjoyment to be shared with our family and friends 😊 Thank you to all at Amish Country Gazebo !

The construction took a little longer than anticipated. Part of the problem was the instructions - they are not detailed. Fortunately our maintenance men have worked in construction and carpentry and they could figure out what was required. Placing the shingles was a little tricky also. More detail here may be required. The 1.5" strip on the cupola did not work - it kept splitting, but another way was found.

I have ordered many so called kits in my life (65 years old) and never have I assemble something that went together as it should have like this gazebo kit. I have woodworking and machinist skills and can appreciate good craftsmanship and this gazebo certainly was first class. All components/parts of the kit were extremely well made. All vinyl parts had treated lumber inside of all sleeves. The "only" drawback were the instructions on the roofing (I'm not a roofer) and had trouble distinguishing the 3 types of shingles. I also had trouble with the upper braces, but figured it out once I realized the angles were for left and right. A well made product that I wold recommend to anyone!!

Before ordering, my husband and I drove down to the facility. It was a great experience to meet the workers and one of the owners. We were taken on a tour and shown all the procedures of making a gazebo. It seems that most places don't care about their work. Not so here. The workers were very proud showing us how they cut the wood and you could see the owner was proud also. We chose our design and when we received all the pieces, everypiece was there and everything fit PERFECTLY.. We love our gazebo and we would recommend Amish Country Gazebos to anyone who is thinking about building one.
