This guys customer service is amazing!!! I have purchase from them twice, and both times I received plenty of updates about my product shipping information, all the way until I received. Awesome service! One thing that I do need to look into it, is the Signature requirement for delivering your package policy. I don’t remember having to sign for it the first time, but that maybe just something to fix on my own settings. Thank you for the great service

Thank you so much for this 5-star review. We take great care into making sure each order gets delivered safely. Therefore, we have the Signature confirmation for delivery implemented because we had received some inquiries about delivery issues and delays, and we wanted to make sure each order arrives safe and sound. We are continuously improving our shipping process to provide you with a better service. Looking forward to your next purchase with us.

Amir Oud is an excellent maker of perfumes and I highly recommend any of their products. Prices are very good and the quality tends to exceed expectations. Packaging is always elegant and thoughtful and they're always kind to send some free samples, even by request. They value customer service really well and have got me and my family hooked on their products. Amazing company overall.
