My questions never be answered. What is natural, pure, or what is synthetic? What are the ingredients? If you order to try out, do it. If you wanna order quality, leave it. Communication is very very poor.

We try our best to answer all inquiries and questions and we totally appreciate your patience. As for your question, we do not offer pure/organic oud oil. Our Oil Blends contain several oils with different ratios to construct the final desired scent and provide the right consistency. This may include several elements such as Nature Identical Oils that are man-made (synthetic), Natural Oils, and Natural Isolate Oils. Thus, the presence of the manufactured ingredients in the oil component renders the blend synthetic despite having natural ingredients in its content.
