Purchased a filter. This was actually the 2nd company I had ordered from to try to buy this filter. First company had sold me the filter, and not bothered to tell me that it was out of stock for 3 weeks. So when I purchased this filter, I called the day after to make sure I was getting it shipped to me immediately. The female sales rep said that it was shipped, but it was coming from the warehouse in California so it may take up to 5 days. After a week, I called again. At this time I was told, after a long wait and a call back 1 hour later, that the filter had not shipped, but it was going to be shipped that day. I insisted that it be shipped over night since the original rep had bold faced lied to me. He said he had to check with the shipping company and could call me back 20-30 minutes later. Did not happen. He called me the next day, and told me that the company had already shipped the item, and could not get it shipped next day. Said it should arrive on Tuesday. Was shipped supposidly on Thursday. Not happy at all. He offered a $10 refund, which frankly was the very least he could do given the circumstance. What would have been better would have been to ship another next day shipping, and a return slip for the the second one that is coming in a week. For a company that says the items will ship out in 1-2 days, and arrive in 5, It has now been a week before the shipping and will be 2 weeks before I recieve the item. Plus many phone calls. Horrible service, and reps that lie

This company has it together. I received the pool I ordered within a week!

I ordered a spa step and spa vac great products priced great and arrive a couple days later was able to save quite a bit from what other websites were charging for comparible items

The pool heater arrived in about a week. I was somewhat surprised that the propane unit I order arrived as a natural gas unit with a propane conversion kit in the box. That made me wonder why the website lists models for both fuels. The heater seems to be a good deal for the price. AmeriMerc was about $17 higher than another site, but the shipping time and distance was much closer.

I don't use my local pool or hot tub supply stores as they double charge what Amerimerc has for way cheaper. I know that my items are the right ones as I ask questions first by calling their 1800 # or email them first. I am assured that the products I buy are the best quality and best price around.

Got what I ordered, no problems!

I can not get a Password it states my email address can not be found. Can not check Order status. Tried several times. I receive any other email Not happy I received the Product before the Password. The company apologized and the Pool Lamp works great.
