Order received yesterday minus the expensive pool filter. Tried to track order but kept getting error message that the email account and password. At this point, I'm not a happy customer......

Ordering was easy. Delivery was as as promised. Product was as described. I appreciated the update sent by email.

The product and shipping was fine once it was actually shipped. I made my original order and was given an estimated delivery date based on the fact that it would be shipped out the next day. After not receiving the product within the estimated time I called to check on my order. At that time I was told it was shipped on time and maybe it was just delayed with the shipper. After waiting another day and thru the weekend I called back for an update. After they looked into it further they found out they actually didn't ship it out at all. After apologizing, but no offer to make it up in any other way, they promised to ship it out the next day. Which they did and followed up to let me know. So something that I should have received in 4 days took me over 14 days to receive. I would have canceled the order but then I would have had to put in a special order with the local shop which would have taken longer. Next time I'll go right to the local shop instead of AmeriMerc.

I have ordered successfully from AmeriMerc.com. for years. The website is easy to navigate and my shipment arrives quickly and accurately. I live in Florida where there is no shortage of pool supply stores. AmeriMerc has the products I want at a fraction of the cost. The best part is my chemicals arrive at my door and I don't have to ruin my car traveling with pool chemicals.

The filters &the filter cleaning wand work vry good I would recomend them to friends The package arrived with no complaints THANK YOU
