O-rings are very critical to a sand filter so I was not sure if I would be able to get the exact right part. AmeriMerc was the only website I found that gave an exact description of the part I needed. The o-ring seals came quickly and worked perfectly.

I'd recommended AmeriMerc....great follow up and service after the sale. Kudos to Shawn for all of his follow up and assistance. Also helped me purchase difficult product to find. Thank You!

I checked on my order 5 days after it was placed & it stated my order was still being processed. Meanwhile, the UPS man had delivered it while I was on the phone with AmeriMerc trying to find out where my order was. Other than that glitch, it was a good experience.

very good experience shopping with AmeriMerc.com

We get our filters here cheaply and quickly.

I buy from AmeriMerc because they have what I need and I get it quickly with no hassle.

Hi, I ordered a 5 gal. pail of pool paint on Thursday evening 5/9. I understand that the order was not processed till Friday so I assumed the order would have been shipped on Friday or Monday. I received a phone call yesterday, Friday 5/17, explaining that my order shipped on Thursday 5/16 and I can expect it on Monday 5/20. They claim they tried to contact me earlier in the week but couldnt locate my contact info. to make sure someone would be home to receive the order even though my order online with ALL of my contact info. stated that I was not requiring a signature upon delivery. This is unacceptable to me and my customer who expected their pool to be painted this week. I will not be ordering anything else from AmeriMerc in the future.

I would gladly reccommend to a friend to shop here.
