These guys are the best! There was no waiting in "cue" for some one to address my questions - they went the extra mile to make sure I was informed and taken care of promptly...and the prices were awesome! I will def use AmeriMerc again. Thank you!

I ordered an item on May 30th, as of today June 6th, my order still shows under processing. I have yet to receive my item and have no idea if its in transit or still not shipped. Under processing would indicate that it has not shipped, however, the order status for last years order still indicates under processing and obviously I have received it. Update: Just rec'd tracking info from email I sent requesting information. Would have been more helpful if the website was updated correctly.

I was very happy with using AmeriMerc for my pool heater. Their site was easy to work with and their prices were very competitive. I also had the occasion to use their phone support just to be sure with the shipping dates and they were very helpful. They had good coordination with their shipping firm (RL Carriers) and delivery was timely and professional.

This unit looks like it should foot the bill nicely. Most everything we needed was in the package except for one special adapter. i don't have it up and running yet, but should by the weekend. Had a great experience with AmeriMerc.com . Thanks

I shopped severeal sites for my pool filter. This site had best price. I purchased the filter and it also had free shipping and no "handling charge". Service was quick as I received the filter in aobut 3 - 4 days. Only issue is I could not track shipment off their website (link did not work) and only communication I received was my original receipt with no shipment notification. In any case it did arrive in timely manner
