Ordered a custom lift for my business in March that was supposed to ship in 6 weeks. In August after being strung along with and endless list of excuses and non communication, I had to pull the plug. I prepaid for it, so getting a refund was like pulling teeth. I couldn't open my business without the lift and was bleeding cash daily after Covid restrictions were lifted. Ameriglide didn't care at all that they put me to the brink of bankruptcy. Nick Stelmach and Tim Worley are two of the most incompetent people I have ever worked with in my career. Steer clear of this company!!!!! If I could give negative stars, I would.

Don't purchase from this company
Don't purchase from this company. I Ordered 3 elevator baffles on 8/6/2021. They immediately charged my credit card and now a month later nothing has shipped. No one returns customer service phone messages. Emails were first answered saying they would look into why their distributor didn't ship. Turns out the distributor is a sister company. Product never shipped and requests for cancelation of order and refund have not been responded to. Save yourself the aggravation and don't buy from this company

DO NOT BUY PURCHASE A PRIDE LIFT CHAIR…
DO NOT BUY PURCHASE A PRIDE LIFT CHAIR FROM anywhere especially Ameriglide! Very poor product! We have a broken Vivalift chair that will not get repaired for several more weeks!
Ameriglide will not assist you once you make a purchase! Buy local! DO NOT PURCHASE FROM TIMOTHY WORLEY - he will tell you anything to get the sale!

Stay away from this company
My family bought me a Vivalift Recliner, on April 26, 2021 from Tim Worley. It's broken already and everyone very unresponsive! You are given a number Pride (Vivalift company) and they wash their hand of you. Super nice when making a sale, then they disappear. Buy local DO NOT PURCHASE ONLINE. Pride even said we could have had a repair the technician the same day if I purchased locally...now we have to wait 2-5 days for a technician to even contact us...meanwhile, my daughter purchased a used chair from facebook marketplace so I’m not laying in a bed for 7 days waiting for someone to make us a priority. I am 73 years old and have MS. Please do not buy from them.

DO NOT GIVE YOUR BUSINESS TO THIS…
DO NOT GIVE YOUR BUSINESS TO THIS COMPANY!
My 98 year old mother purchased a Golden Buzz-A-Round LT scooter from Ameriglide. After use, the batteries needed to be replaced. I called our local Ameriglide merchant and placed the order for the 2 batteries. I received a call from the company the next day because they had recorded the credit card information incorrectly. I gave them the correct information and my card was charged $173.75 the next day. After waiting 4 weeks for the batteries to be delivered, I called the store to check on the order. No one would return my repeated calls. I then went to the store and was told that the order was never processed and that it was finally ordered - 43 DAYS AFTER I WAS CHARGED! (They obviously had gotten my voicemails but never had the courtesy to call me back and let me know about their mistake.) I then told them, due to their oversight, I expected them to re-order the batteries and have them expedited to me at their cost. They told me they'd see what they could do. 4 days later, I received an email copy from the store to Golden Technologies inquiring about the status of the order. 4 days later, having heard NOTHING about the order, I called Ameriglide Corporate and told them to CANCEL the order and refund me the money. They said they would check on the order. Today, 6 days after my communication with corporate headquarters and hearing NOTHING from them, I called my credit card company to dispute the charge and have the money refunded. We'll see what happens.
Oh, and by the way, if you need batteries go to Batteries Plus - they had the batteries for the scooter, they installed them for me and it was considerably cheaper than Ameriglide!!

Customer service is awful!!!
Customer service is awful!!!
We purchased an Ameriglide Hercules II CPL for our church. Taylor Van Diver was our rep. He was helpful in the purchasing phase.
Covid hit with all of its restrictions.
Now we are back in full swing at our church.
We have found that the up/down button on the platform lift itself, will not work. Here lies our problem. We/I cant get ANYONE in customer service or parts or ANYONE to help me get the part that is needed to fix this problem. the lift can't be used until it is fixed.
I have tried for three weeks to get some assistance. I was told "Jessica" "in parts" would assist me. She never returned my calls, I was put on hold for more minutes than I care to wait,on email chat over 40 minutes. When I finally reached "Jessica" several days later, I was told I "was on her list("?) to call! Really? Calls, left voice messages, sent email chat etc.
What does one do to get assistance from your company?
If you can help and answer my question as to your poor customer service, that will be much appreciated.
Thank you for your attention to this matter.

Bad warranty service!!!
The delivery and install went great and I really liked the elevator. My only issue is Ameriglide delivered and installed the elevator. After a couple of months the elevator started to return to the wrong floor and could not be called from that floor. You had to go to the floor to recover the elevator. I contacted the installation company that Ameriglide paid and got no response. The salesman I used has tried to help but is getting no help from his office or the installation company. I have paid $25,000 for an elevator and now am being told they only pay for parts and shipping and I have to pay for the labor to fix their part that has failed. I say go with a local reputable company that will stand behind their product. Such a minor thing to turn a good experience into a bad one. Now I have to get a local company to fix the elevator and pay them for it.

We are still waiting to get parts to…
We are still waiting to get parts to get our lift installed. We paid $10,611 for the lift on March 25th and it came in late and damaged. Finally after several attempts, we were told by Customer Service that the parts have been sent out. It is now May 19th and we still don't have the necessary parts. We can't get the permit to open, until the lift is operational. Now we need to proceed to turn the lift space into a closet and proceed without a lift. Customer Service just informed me that "I don't have a clue." They said we can't send the lift back but we will dispute this on Visa and they can pick it up if they want.
