It's a excellent purchase the gentleman that came to install it did a awesome job & it was a excellent buy for myself being disabled. Our daughter recently broke her ankle and it was so helpful for this also.

Only issue that I have is the installation instructions is very vague for a piece of equipment that is supposed to be put together with precision.

hello -- my wife and i are enjoying our recently purchased stair lift - thanku! i thought the time difference from purchase to receiving to installing could have been cleaner (less time waiting) that cause some anxiousness! when the installer changed his arrival date i was concerned but he made up for it by his excellant demeanor and workmanship. satisfied customers.
