When I first called to find out about a stair lift for my father, the person I spoke with was very professional and quite helpful. Also, he returned my calls promptly and was willing to help in any way without trying to sell me anything. He set me up with the installer, who came exactly when he said he would and was also very professional as he installed the lift. Overall it was a fantastic experience and my father is quite pleased with the product.

my rave unit failed in first 2 months aloud me to find out that i realy do not have any way of getting it fixed except to do it on my one . bad news travels a lot faster than good news!

Oh My Goodness, We Love our AmeriGlide, it has already with many things, not just going up and down the stairs. It helps with groceries, YEA!!!!! I helps in bringing everything up stairs. My husband has a very bad knee, (should be replaced) and he is downs stairs in basement working on different wood projects. He is up and down and so am I. So with bad knees, hips, not a strong as we used to be, AMERIGLIDE You are our Miracle. Jack is always saying "I sure am Glad we got this, it is WELL WORTH IT. Thank you; The Hendersons
