If I would know that you had a agent in Allentown PA, I wouldn't brought it on line and telephone. Your agent at national office just didn't do his job. Matt Miller the agent here at Allentown got the pieces in off my deck in the rain and had it install the next day. My wife and I enjoying the chair rail.

They were great..very quick delivery

installation took twice as long as expected as expected, but when done it all worked and has for several months now. You need to have the right power tools to cut the aluminum track. not possible with hand tools. This added 90 minutes to installation.

I still have not received my refund

The functionality is good. TJ was very friendly and helpful on everything he could. I would recommend adding a small spring for both screws that presses the worm so it won't get loosened with the vibration. Also, the instructions needs to add simple stuff like you need to keep the chair on the ON position to charge the battery. If it wasn't for one of the technician I thought I lost the battery in a month from new. Last but not least, the chair vynil came with a 3 inches cut and I was sent another cover but it was different in two aspects, color and shape as the one I bought. Later I called and I was told that that's all they had. That's unacceptable but I was too busy and kind of gave up. Hopefully, Management reads this and take some actions. That would be appreciated. If it wasn't for those minors things I would have given the five stars. Other than that, I am happy with the functionality, the worm system instead of rack and pinion and the competition prices. I almost forgot, I was told to get a prescription and I save around $200 on taxes. Also I save $200 for picking it up myself. Thanks for such a good product that I hope it last me forever.

Hi; I recently purchased a "Rave" stairlift and installed it myself. I took my time and spent time on each direction. I got it installed, but the instructions were not very clear to understand. The pictures were so dark that you really couldn't see what, should have been clear enough to see, what you guys wanted the customer to see. Instead of pictures, why not use drawings instead. Also, draw out the various parts and name them. You guys know what a part is called, but the customer has to figure it out. I am very happy with the lift!! It's great!!!

Chairlift fairly easy to install, but wire for charging was broken internally causing battery not to charge and therefore trouble shooting and disassembly to find cause. .

It came with a wire unconnected and we had to get tech help which was very good. Tech walked us through each step and individual wire until we found the un connected one. Once it was running we like it very much. Easy to operate.
