Dalton helped with sales and Bob measured. They were both highly professional and offered me full details throughout the process! Thank you!

You did very well. A little confusion at first with discounts but it all worked out.

Chris was great to work with customer service was great . He covered the process well. Also Dennis who installed the lift. He explained how it worked and allowed us to use and try it out.

Excellent service! Unit arrived sooner than promised and the installer was amazing. Very well built, smooth operation and looks very nice. Couldn't be happier.

excellent product and the installer was top notch. I love tthis machine thanks wes markham

From first contact with Kelly to delivery our experience was great. Kelly sent us videos of the stairlift to help us decide as well as thorough measurement instructions. The stairlift arrived precut and ready for install. We installed ourselves, only a few very minor struggles that I attribute to lack of experience. Other than that we had it up snd running in 3 hours! I highly recommend!!

I worked with Kelly. I had tried another company and had to deal with a complicated process of getting the information about my stairs to the company. It did not work. They had high pressure sales tricks and after all that it was $1000+ higher in price. That is not what happened with AmeriGlide and you're rep. Kelly. Easily completed the measurements had a quote instantly and now it's on order and on its way. Very much appreciated the non High Pressure sales. Also the entire process took very little time.

The vertical platform lift was delivered on a pallet with a truck that included a hydraulic lift, which was used to lower the unit to the ground. The driver had a pallet mover and used that to move the unit into my mother's garage exactly where I wanted it. The assembly instructions and video were easy to understand - I had only a couple of questions for clarification which were cleared up with a phone call. My mother (age 92) has been using the unit now for 4 1/2 months. It works perfectly. It has been such a blessing. Before, using the stairs, her hips hurt painfully. Now she has the desired mobility without any pain. My sister, my mother, and myself are so happy. The entire process was very pleasant. I would recommend this unit to anyone.
