As we have aged over the past several months, it became evident that a stair mobile device was definitely needed in our home. When it was determined that I would be away from home for surgery, the care and mobility of my wife became paramount. I presented the issue to the AmeriGlide team asking for a 2 week turnaround from order to installation. Without hesitation, AmeriGlide agreed to the challenge committing their team to full order, deliver and installation with a designated due date. Deliver, installation and functionality was done with 4-5 days to spare. The quality of the Ameriglide Stairlift stands tall with the customer service and corporate response. Bottom line, when the AmeriGlide Sales Team, their Installer group, along with the Installer have the same compassion, commitment and concern for me as a 'customer in need' - AmeriGlide is your solution!!!!!

I just had my AmeriGlide elevator serviced by Brad and Ken of Accessibility Advantage. They have recently opened a location just north of Pittsburgh in Gibsonia, Pa. They provided excellent service for our three year old elevator, which they originally installed, that I had inspected and adjusted to insure safe operation. As an added bonus they were able to evaluate a platform lift at our church that has not operated for years. It turns out that AmeriGlide/Accessibility Advantage are authorized representatives for the Savaria/Concord lift that was installed in 2004. Brad and Ken, with consultation with the manufacturer, and intensive testing, have determined the parts and adjustments needed to return the lift to full operation. We are truly grateful.

All is great, but I wish we would have made the top of the rail shorter, Could still turn the seat without about 12 inches sticking out on the top landing.

Product arrived in a timely manner as promised. Installer took less than three hours to install and test. Looks great and works great. No surprises.
