i think everything is ok. I sent them my money and received a receipt of payment. The communication has been vague about when I will receive my lift. Taylor, my contact, did tell me that after the drawing has been completed and signed off on - that shipment would happen in 6 - 8 weeks. But, nothing in writing.

If it weren’t for Cameron I am sure we would never have gotten the stairs installed. The fact that the company is not licensed in my state was not a big help either although the serviceman who did the installation deserves a lot of credit. The fact that my Stairs sat for days In a neighboring city was because they do not deliver to your door. I should have been involved in that one but no one bothered to phone. The stairs are attractive and seem to work well although a little slower than I thought.

A busy place. I called today did not get a call back.

We ordered the stair lift for my mother, who was coming home from rehab. The purchasing agent assured me that it would come the following week. My mother is now home but no stair lift. I have left messages but no one has returned my call with information. I still don't have an estimate as to when the product will arrive. Very disappointing.

The sales rep, Roger, was excellent. He went through everything with me and was very thorough and answered all of my questions. The delivery was quicker than expected. However, there have been 3 big boxes sitting in my sunroom, as I'm having trouble getting in touch with someone to schedule the installation. I thought someone was going to call me, so I didn't call right away. I called the number Roger had given me and left a message yesterday morning. I did not receive a call back. I tried again this morning and again, it went to voicemail. I will post another review when there is an update.

Rave 11 is great. Service after the sale 1 star. Ameriglide don't have parts so you send customers to Delstal and that's where the service ends. I would NOT recommend your company because of lack of service. Stan

The control panel for the chair is complicated for a 80 year old lady. They should have simple wording on the device, ( up, down, recline). If no one is there to assisted her she have to sit straight up because she doesn't know which button to choose. Causing swelling in her feet.
