One star given for the sales guy that help greatly on deciding which chair to purchase. One star for how fast delivery was from order time and ease of putting it together. Otherwise sadly disappointed. First order came and rail was defective. Took a week to get a hold of the correct person for resolution and then it was vague on if it would be replaced or how long it would take to get new part. Second problem was we obviously received a second hand product to begin with. Box had obviously been opened parts removed and sent back to the company. Not happy that in a pandemic we were receiving a opened product we paid full price for. Now because we obviously needed the product and already had issues with one box we were not about to wait another week to maybe receive two other boxes. We took our chances that it would work. To end on a positive, the lift was very easy to put together but you must have a decent drill. So far working as well.

Since I purchased my Ameriglide I've needed to replace the rail's because they were not cut properly. The installer was of little help and indicated he did not get the support he needed to feel confident Ameriglide would respond to his request to replace the rails. I ended up having to do all the contact calls ,(work) to confirm they were replacing the rails. Before the replacement rails arrived the seat release spring did not return the the seat release lever ro the proper position for the chair to operate. When the instsller returned to replace the rails he looked at the seat and said I would have to contact the manufacturer to have the seat replaced. Once again I, the consumer had to to make all the contact calls ,(work) to confirm they were replacing the seat. I still have to contact the manufacturer to confirm they are shipping a new seat. Although I was prompt in making payment for the seat I'm still struggling with the status of a replacement seat

after receiving my lifts I found out my wife could not use them. The foot rest is beneath the seat and due to her leg condition she cannot place her legs under her. I have called the sales rep. and left 2 messages and have not heard back about a possible return, So I am stuck with $k in lifts that I cannot use.

I had to make repeated phone calls to get answers for any concerns I had. The installation did not happen as it was promised. Further I called about two weeks ago asking the the sales rep. for providing me with a coat and info. Concerning the Burch trims. He promised to get back to me and I have not heard from back to date!

I purchased the rave model it was shipped rather quickly and i was able to install it myself with relative ease, my issue is that, when i spoke with the customer service rep on the phone when i purchased it i specifically said that you can turn in both directions at the bottom of the stairs and would be needing the powered folding rail to prevent the rail from sticking out at the bottom of the stairs, potentially tripping my eldery mother. I got all the way finished with the installation before i noticed there is no folding rail just 2 solid sections. Now im stuck with a rather large rail that is a trip hazzard and sticks out several inches at the bottom. I haven't even bothered contacting customer support to see if i was charged for the peice or not because it would be a hassle taking this apart to replace peices. Otherwise the lift itself seems well built and easily brings me up and down the stairs no issues at all. Had they not messed up my order i would have given 5 stars!

Parts missing, difficult to install. Videos not accurate to model of dumbwaiter we have. Tech support not very helpful.

I received the Dumb waiter in good shape . However, the directions were highly anemic. No glossary of terms, and many assumptions made. In spite of the lack of info, and many un answered phone calls, I manage to put the unit together. But this is where the real problems began. It would not function correctly. I finally made contact with the service dept.. The service man was kind enough to send me the correct directions, but at this point they only served to show me that I had made a proper assembly of this unit. But, the unit still did not operate correctly . The service man tried talking me through the operation. The unit became damaged when it bypassed the upper limit switch, and jammed into the top sprocket damaging the frame, and sprocket and braking the chain. After waiting 10 days for the newly purchased parts, I spent more than 11 hours in the shaft 20 some feet up dislodging the car, lowering it by hand, replacing the parts and running the chain. That done, I called service once again. They walked me through the wiring I did. Checked all wires top to bottom three times. Everything was correct. Now they had me open the control box and follow all the wires. This has taken an additional 3 hrs.. Low and behold, they had reversed two wires at the factory. Y1 and Y2. He had me change them around . At this point we ran the car again. Everything word perfectly. All lights functioned. No apologies from the Company. No reimbursement for time lost.
