AmeriGlide Distributing 2019, IncReviews of ameriglide.com

Colin was absolutely wonderful through the entire process start to finish! He explained everything so I could understand it well and the product is wonderful!

AmeriGlide Stairlifts were recommended to us by a family member who is involved in medical equipment marketing and sales, and had used AmeriGlide previously. The process of working with AmeriGlide was very straightforward. The company kept us informed as it was going through the design process and building a curved stairlift to meet our needs. We were notified when the product shipped and the estimated time when we would receive the shipment. One day after the product components arrived on a pallet at our home, the AmeriGlide installer arrived to work on installing the equipment. His install experience and attention to detail were significant in the very clean look overall of the installation. Also, he went through operating the lift so that my wife was comfortable using it from the start. We are super satisfied with AmeriGlide, and anyone looking to add a stairlift to their home should talk with AmeriGlide.

I had a fantastic experience at AmeriGlide! The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, and the Rave 2 stair lift is excellent. The customer service was exceptional, as they kept me updated throughout the entire process. I had a question about the product, and their support team responded promptly and professionally

Dear AmeriGlide Team and Salman, I would like to express my sincere gratitude for your exceptional support in helping me acquire my stairlift. Your assistance has made a significant difference in my daily life, and I deeply appreciate the professionalism, care, and attention to detail you have shown throughout the process.

Salman Sazid made this one of the easiest purchases ever!! I was in the middle. Relaying info between my parents and Salman. Never once did he run out of patience. His knowledge and personality were a huge asset! I knew nothing of Stair lifts before I talked to him. I’m just sorry there’s not one of him in every sales department or customer service department. I have to deal with! We’re looking forward to receiving our lift! Thank you Salman!

Caleb High was extremely helpful and courteous throughout the entire process. I called him numerous times and every time I was met with the BEST customer service from Mr High. Installation was a breeze and took no time at all. This is for my wifes use and she has had zero issues and no problems with the chairlift. I just wish I would have done this sooner!!!

called ameiglide for a chair lift. Spoke with Colin Drakeford. He spent time with us and got us a great deal and was super professional. If you end up calling I would definitely ask for him. Very knowledgeable and answers all questions. Super experience and professional company that helps the elderly and disabled. Will definitely refer others..

I purchased a cargo lift convertible to a chair lift and Abbie Basham helped me place the order and was super helpful in following up with the delivery process. Am very pleased with the product itself and also how Abbie managed the whole process. I would definitely purchase again from AmeriGlide other products I may need in the future. I give them an A+
