Christine is great to work with and the car was picked up and dropped off on time.

Customer service (staff + driver) were very professional and communicated well during the transport. Vehicle was picked up 2 days early and delivered on time.

The efficiency I experienced made my day. Timely and organized information supported my business with AmeriFreight’s help.

Great customer service

Jen Sylvester explained how everything was going to work and everything worked. She was very helpful with the entire process and made it totally painless. Everything was outstanding!

My rep Harry was wonderful and made a stressful process much easier! He walked me through each step and went the extra mile to find a carrier in my budget and location, and even followed up with me afterward. You don't see customer service like this much any more, and it made me even more appreciative.

I have used AmeriFreight twice to transport vehicles. Once across country with 2 vehicles and yesterday for a vehicle we purchased a couple states over. Both transactions were seamless. With my recent transport, our representative, Rosie, was nothing short of amazing. She kept checking in on me and giving status updates. The drivers that AmeriFreight works with are top notch too. The drivers also gave status updates. I wouldn’t change a thing about the sauce I received. I am already a repeat customer and I will continue to be one. 100% satisfied.

My agent Michelle Wood was spectacular. She was very patient explaining all aspect of the shipping process. She communicated regularly to keep me informed at each stage of the process. Finally, she followed up to make sure everything went well. Great service from start to finish
