She was exceptional at communicating with me, She set very clear expectations, She went above and beyond finding me another carrier to get my vehicle here earlier And overall did an amazing job. It was a very pleasant experience and my first time shipping a car.

These folks are awesome! Professional, courteous, knowledgeable and compassionate. We were in a bind trying to ship a car and get my husband home over Thanksgiving week. They went above and beyond helping us get the car squared away enable gmy husband to get home for rhe holiday. The shipping was seamless and fast, and the car arrived safe and sound, albeit dirty, but they even offer a free wash! Can't recommend these folks enough over other high-praised shippers. We booked with one of them initially and got nowhere. AmeriFreight really saved our bacon!

Amanda was fantastic to deal with and the company is lucky to have employees like Amanda who make customer satisfaction their #1 goal. I was on an important time line to have a pickup & delivery of my 1988 Jeep from Florida to Indiana. On the day of pickup the carrier called to inform me their truck broke down and they couldn’t meet my delivery date. I immediately called Amanda who within an hour had another carrier who could meet my delivery schedule.
