AmeriFreight, Inc.Reviews of amerifreight.net

We have used AmeriFreight two times now to transport automobiles long distances for us. Both times they provided excellent and reliable auto transport service. Rosalind Cook, Sr. Customer Service Agent, was especially most helpful to us on both occasions. I would highly recommend AmeriFreight for auto transport service.

Rosalind made my experience with AmeriFrieght stress free and easy. This is the second time Rosalind has found a shipper for my car. Recently, I needed my car shipped within 48 hours of my call to Rosalind. She quickly found a shipper for me at a good price. My car was picked up timely and delivered timely. I was kept informed by AmeriFreight and the shipper the entire time.

Communicated with me throughout shipping vehicle, price stayed the same

Maleah Sanders was very helpful. All went smoothly. I was nervous because we’d never shipped our car before but she walked me through it.

Excellent service ,honest prices, no upfront fees.

I got fantastic customer service from Gina! I scheduled my shipment almost a month ahead of time, much earlier than seems to be the norm in this industry, but I wanted to make sure I had the best opportunity to meet my move dates as closely as possible. Gina was there to help me from day 1! She gave me a realistic timeline for a cross country shipment from Rhode Island to California so I could plan accordingly, and she managed to find me a fantastic rate for the shipment. The drivers I worked with after that were very professional and even accommodating when I had to delay my pick up - with no surprise up charging or hidden fees! Honestly, Amerifreight made getting my car shipment one of the easiest parts of my cross country move. Highly recommend!

I received exceptional service from Henry Herrera. He went above and beyond my expectations and his responsibility to provide amazing service. He kept in constant communication with me, even when I reached out with question at odd hours. Henry was able to find me the perfect enclosed transporter who took amazing care of my collector car. I received constant updates from Henry, AmeriFreight customer service, as well as the driver. Henry was able to help find the perfect transporter to help me within a very short deadline. I am very thankful and will be a repeat customer. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. Book with confidence because they are the best I have ever used.

constant communication and great price
