A great experience! AmeriFreight’s customer service specialists were great to deal with. They explained the process when countless other transport companies would not. When they gave me a quote they explained it’s more like a “bid”. They are the “broker”. They are the “middle man” to a network of drivers. Amerifreight will put the bid out to Drivers and any one of the Drivers can come back with his/her price that they're willing to transport the car for. So the “quote” is not really a quote. I paid the transport company the down payment (which was their fee for finding the driver) and then I paid the driver cash once he delivered the car. I called AmeriFreight on a Thursday and got my car delivered on Sunday afternoon. Let it be known….the car is a non-running 1966 Mustang….I'm amazed this was no trouble at all. I’m so grateful. I could not have had a better experience!

Avoid at all costs! They play games and the offer was $400 more than the initial quote that was on the high end. Then the rep Liz was very unprofessional and canceled my listing because she accused me of working with another broker. Told me it's "busy season" and I likely wouldn't get a better rate than the $1700 they wanted to ship my vehicle on an open transport carrier! SGT Auto Transport saved the day and got me a driver the next day, AND FOR LESS than AF's original quote! AF should take a lesson from them on how to treat the customer!

My car was illegally taken in the first place. Towards the end they even threw road blocks in front of my transporter Israel. Thanks to his experience, knowledge,knowing how people play games, Manheim, who had the car even helped at the end. He knew I was very traumatized and distressed overall, this. He called me as soon as he had that car on the truck and hours later. He was pulling up in my driveway

Robyn was awesome in reassuring me my vehicle would arrive on time and the driver who's name was Yuri was very professional and thorough in preparing my vehicle for shipment.
