Extremely professional yet very personal throughout the entire process. A special call-out to Samantha S. who arranged the transport for me.

It’s great hearing the whole process felt both professional and personal on your end. Really appreciate you taking a moment to share that.

100% bait and switch. This company through Carovanzieus Booker. Quoted one amount and then after waiting 3 weeks for a driver tried to bill me over 100% more than the quote. When taking to the rep on the phone she was arguing the fact that I don’t know how the process works. Well I know a bait and switch when I see one. I will never do business with companies that start a business transaction on a lies. Terrible company use another!

As has been stated elsewhere, we sincerely apologize for the frustration caused by the change in your shipping quote and understand how concerning a significant price increase can be. As per our provided literature, the initial amount provided as a quote is a discounted, non-guaranteed starting price used to solicit offers from carriers. The final cost is determined by carrier acceptance and current market conditions, which can result in a higher price. We do our best to make it clear that there is no guaranteed price that we can offer. We regret that there was communication breakdown which lead to the process being unclear. The situation you described is unfortunate, but not a bait-and-switch tactic. Once again, we understand your disappointment and wish you the best.

I recently used Amerifreight jto ship my older car from Tyler, Texas to Columbia, Missouri because I needed to get it to my younger son. He found me a driver who did it for a reasonable rate and managed to do it in a very timely manner. I believe his name was Tom and I would absolutely recommend him and the company because I’m a satisfied customer.

Harry Davis is responsive and very helpful. He is upfront and honest. Would recommend working with him. Trucking company selected for the haul was great, as expected with Harry prescreening options beforehand.

We’re so happy to hear this! Harry takes pride in being transparent and making sure customers feel confident with their transport. It’s wonderful to know the carrier matched your expectations as well.
