A trust worthy company but customer service was ok, i never got any emails or and updates on where or when my package was due to arrive and when i called the fisrts time a week after i ordered it they said it would be another week till it would arrive. A week later no package, no updates on the package, so i called again and then they told me another week. Love the conpany and the bike but just the service ikinda sucked.

Didn't get what I originally wanted (out of stock) but process was handled well. Prompt responses, would not hesitate to use in future.

The bike, as delivered, had some assembly problems. The front brake leaked fluid and had to be flushed; the seat quick release was not functional; and the wrong sized chain had been installed! One phone call and I was quickly compensated for the deficiencies.

Great service, called and left me a message to let me know that I was getting the correct product after an invoicing mix up (which I did get the correct product). Would have gotten 5 stars if i had gotten the tracking information for the shipment, but I didn't.

Great product and service! Way over charged on shipping.

Just wish the bike would have been assembled or had to option to pay more for assembly.
