Our experienced team makes sure that the size is correct and also makes sure that you get any accessories that you are looking for to make your riding experience perfect with everything that you will need. All bikes shipped from our facility are inspected by our mechanics to make sure that you receive a bike in great working order. Our inspection also activates your FULL warranty without having to take the bike to a licenced dealer for final assembly. When you call in, there are no long option menus to reach a real person. Great products
Great products, great prices. We bought my son a GT bmx racing bike for my five year old for Christmas and shipping was right on point, made it just in time to go under the tree.

Amazing Customer Service
I was nervous about an online order for such an expensive bike. I then received a call from someone who went through the order and addressed all of my concerns. I then had no reservations about the purchase. I have never encountered such amazing customer service with an online order. Thank you America’s Bike Company!

One problem the left pedal did not bite …
One problem the left pedal did not bite so I couldn’t get it to tighten so had to bring to local bike shop also the seat post had to be cut was way too long for a medium but otherwise really nice

Excellent customer service
Excellent customer service. The bike I ordered was damaged before it was shipped to me and a replacement can not be here before Christmas. Not only did Nik let me know right away, he suggested multiple bikes similar to the one ordered that could be here by Christmas and offered a discount. I would recommend this company to anyone looking for a bike!

I am so happy with America’s Bike! I placed my order and was concerned about shipping. They went out of their way to make sure it got to Kansas the next day for me. I would definitely recommend them. Very friendly and accommodating!
