The bike is very nice
The bike is very nice. The only thing I need to buy for it is a new seat. It is not very comfortable. Everything thing else is great.

Needs Kickstand
Sell a kickstand with the bike. Went to several stores to find the right one. Finally bought a "Diamondback" stand that had to be cut with a hacksaw in order to properly fit.

purchase was fine
purchase was fine, but bike had one stripped eyelet bolt and the front brake rotor was a little warped.

I'm enjoying this bike because I sit…
I'm enjoying this bike because I sit upright and go slow.but the only complaint I have is the rear derailleur was stripped during installation and otherwise I'm enjoying this bike because I think I got a lot for the money.

For the most part
For the most part, the bike arrived as was described on their website. Once the bike arrived at their shop, they sent it out promptly, with phone call and and an e-mail tracking. I believe they are professional. My only gripe is that it took about one week from the time I ordered to the time they shipped it to me. As explained, the bike need to arrive from the manufacture to their shop first.

Hey Thi, Yes, some of our items are "Special Order" which means they can take up to 4 business days before shipping. Bikes come to us first for inspection to make sure that the factory did the job right. It's just our way of making sure that when you order from us you get a perfect bike. We apologize for this and will make efforts to make it more clear before ordering.

the service was GREAT!
the service was GREAT!! the bike is not what I was expecting, I'm not sure if it's a girls or boys bike.....it does not state either in the description, my grandson may want to return it........
