They where a little slow getting my order together and shipping it, but my bike parts arrived intact and undamaged.

The first two orders I placed for new rims were perfect. I completed two bikes and decided to do mine so I ordered another set of rims and when they arrived it was not packaged like the last two. Parts were loose in the box and the wheel liners were missing. Whoever is boxing these wheels up, needs to take a little more care and make sure it’s done properly. Someone, was being a bit careless. Other than that they do have a great prices.

So far the process of ordering a Bike was very easy.

My first purchase experience with Americas Bike Company was very good. Four not five stars because I was disappointed that I did not get a response to my web inquiry within 24 hours, so I ended up calling. The call went directly to someone who could answer my questions and was clearly familiar with the product. When I ordered, I had a question that I included on the submission that resulted in a quick return call to clear up. The wheels were shipped really fast. Very well packaged and complete. Pricing was best I could find online. I will def look back to these guys for future bike purchases.

My order was in time i get what i was spectating i will give 5 if just recommend to secure more the packed my loos like i was open in his way but nothing was missing. otherwise Goo!

I love this bike, it is beautiful and well made.

Would have given a five because they came through with the delivery of my bike and the representative was helpful and courteous. When I first called about the status I was told it would be 2-3 weeks before delivery, when I asked to cancel the order it change to it could be shipped now. Not sure if there was just confusion or something else was going on,!this was my first time buying from them. But would recommend, and use again.

Right now i am giving the company 4 stars, only because i have not yet recieved my bike. It is of no fault to them though, the bike i ordered is on backorder for about a month. But so far nik has been nothing but helpful. And always answers the phone, and is willing to go above and beyond to help you with any questions, and also to inform you of your options. I highly reccomend them on their customer service alone. But their prices, and warranties are also amazing. So long story short, definately keep them in mind when looking to purchase a bike 100% reccomend Americas Bike Company
