All bikes shipped from our facility are inspected by our mechanics to make sure that you receive a bike in great working order. Our inspection also activates your FULL warranty without having to take the bike to a licenced dealer for final assembly. When you call in, there are no long option menus to reach a real person. Buy from the UK!
In summary: Front wheel was not true, not even close. More like we rode it into the sidewalk before we packed it true, or that is how we shipped it to you after we got it from China...without inspection true. Bottom bracket was not screwed in all the way. Paint damage. I buy from the UK constantly but had to buy this Haro for a client and was on a time cruch to finish a build for him. ABC, you will never be bought from again.

They take to long to ship
They take to long to ship, don’t buy unless you can wait a few weeks

Hi Roxy, We reached out to you the day after your order to verify your billing information as the shipping address was different. We always double check this to make sure that nothing may have been auto-filled incorrectly. After receiving your information your bank was not able to authorize the purchase. We again reached out to you letting you know we could accept a different method of payment. Please know that if this information had been confirmed we would have shipped out that bike the same day. We ultimately canceled your order with the full refund back to you when we were unable to verify. We would still like to get you this great new bike when you can provide valid billing information. They Advertise Items They Don't Have in Stock
I was super stoked to see on their website they offered a handlebar I was searching for. I purchased them. I then bought grips, brakes, a frame/fork, from other websites, which all have arrived so far. They just now contacted me weeks after and told me they don't have them in stock. Now I'm stuck with all these bike parts and no handlebars. In conclusion, don't trust them, they advertise things they don't have in stock and you end up getting screwed like myself.

This post should be the first thing to be on American bike company site
The worst place to send your hard earned dollars , 700.00 dollars and they would not return my calls or give me info on where my bike was so after calling four times they found my bike in another state so the internet says three to five days for shipping it essentially shipped for two weeks . Customer service is last . The money was the only concern. Online purchase is a nightmare with American bike company. My money was in there hands and all I could do is hope someone would answer the phone .

This is a 10 business day turn around which we are not proud of. It also looks like we stumbled in our communications with you during this process. Extremely disappointed 👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾
I ordered the all gold bike for my son for Christmas. I was given a 10 day delivery date and 2 days before it was supposed to arrive I received an email saying they were out of stock and would not be available until after Christmas. Ruined my sons christmas

Dominique, The GT Slammer in Gold was another one of our hot sellers this season. Again, we were one of the few companies that had the bike at all nation wide and when word got around that we had some in stock the orders flooded in. We did issue the full refund as quickly as we were made aware of the backorder issue. We did still send out free gift to you at no charge so that at least you could have something from us under the Christmas tree this year.
