Our inspection also activates your FULL warranty without having to take the bike to a licenced dealer for final assembly. When you call in, there are no long option menus to reach a real person. Contact them if there's anything wrong with your order
They charged me tax after the online ad said no tax. But after I left a bad review they reached out to me and refunded it. Good customer service. After the fact Other than that. Every thing else was great. They sent the bike free shipping too .

The staff here was more then helpful
The staff here was more then helpful. Any questions I had when placing the order these folks where able to answer or get the answer. I will definitely order from them again!

I was looking to upgrade an older bike…
I was looking to upgrade an older bike with a Shimano Nexus 3 Speed Wheel Set. Nik was extremely helpful in helping me understand exactly what is need and selecting the right size wheels, tires and tubes, All of these were shipped to me assembled including the rim liners. Excellent service, Great buying experience for me.

Good Experience for online transaction
Purchased a bike online for my daughter. Went without a hitch. I made one call to check on when it would ship, and they were friendly and helpful 👍 I would not hesitate to use them again.

seriously amazing
I cannot speak highly enough of this company. Nik worked directly with me for two months, as FedEx kept messing up the delivery. He worked through the CA wildfires, and he was also so prompt, kind, and helpful. The bikes are beautiful and the people of this company are incredible!

Ordering easy, they are responsive and take care of any issues/problems
Ordering from the website was easy, was contacted by representative regarding the order to keep me up to date. Was told bike was shipping and they would get me tracking number, they never got it to me until I emailed them a few days later and by that point the bike was to be delivered the next day. Was told bike was 95% assembled would just need to put on front wheel and handlebars. Well dropper post wasn't installed, shifting was off, and front wheel took some aligning as brake was rubbing. Also, there was a huge chip in the paint down to the aluminum. Contacted them about this, haven't heard back yet. Updated 01/09/19 from 3 stars to 5 stars: They responded back to me and are working on getting some touch up paint and refund for the tune up I had done. Very responsive and understanding. Would definitely order from them again in future.

Hi Cassidy, We apologize for the delay in getting you the tracking information. Shipping right around the Holidays does slow things down a bit and sometimes our warehouse just a tad overwhelmed with all the tracking numbers. We do an inspection of our bikes prior to shipment and add additional packaging but It also looks like FedEx had a rougher than normal time getting this bike out to you. We definitely want to take care of you and will pay 100% of the cost for a local bike shop to run through the entire bike to make sure that nothing else was tweaked. We will also be sending you a partial refund for the cosmetic damage to the bike. For the dropper post, because of the internal routing and potential for additional damage in shipping, these are not installed prior to shipment and I apologize again for not making that clear to you when we spoke. I agree that we dropped the ball a bit in getting you the tracking information in a timely manner but moving forward we will take care of any other issues that you have. this was a great experience!
this was a great experience!! i order a bike for my son and then received an email stating it was not going to arrive on time for Christmas. before i could call for an update i received a call telling my they were able to locate the bike I ordered and it had been shipped. I received the bike well before Christmas. They really went above and beyond!! Thanks
