So, I really never do online reviews but these guys went above and beyond. I found them because they were cheap and had good reviews, so I called them up. It was 2:30pm on Wednesday and they sold me the bike, no tax, and said they usually can get stuff to my area of the country in 2-3 shipping days. I was buying the bike to ride with my 4 year old son, and I mentioned something like it would be great to have the bike this weekend (mind you, it’s wednesday afternoon). So the sales guy was like “we close in 1/2 hour at 3, but let me see what I can do.” At 3:05 I received and email telling me my bike was prepped, shipping, assigned a tracking number and scheduled for delivery on FRIDAY. I received the bike at 11am on Friday, about 40 hours after the phone call, perfectly set up and lubed, tax free, and cheap. I was riding with my son by 2 in the afternoon on Friday and he was so pumped, all because a sales guy I had never met (who already had a sale and my $$$) decided to go above and beyond to get me my bike fast. I really felt like they listened to me as a customer and did everything in their power to make me happy. They did a fantastic job and I wholeheartedly recommend them as great online bike shop.

Bike came on-time, mostly assembled as advertised. Ordering was very easy. I'd recommend the direct to consumer approach from this company highly.

I ordered the bike online and had it shipped to my 12 yr old granddaughter who loves the color and style. Her father assembled it and found that the the front wheel is so badly warped during shipping that it couldn't be ridden. I left a message requesting that they contact me. The company was quick to follow up with me and assured me that they would fully reimburse for the repair. Great response time and great customer service!

Ordered bike online and after that it was pure pleasure dealing with Nik at Americas Bike Company. I live about 30min away from them and they delivered the bike to my house all set up. Excellent service overall. Thank you Nik!

Bike was good price - but came with a nick and a scratch on the frame from shipping. Their customer service (Nik) stepped up and was great to work with - making a good experience out of what could have been bad. 5 star customer service!

My son is getting into BMX racing and I ordered his first race bike through Americas Bike Company due to the prices and selection. I had to change the bike I ordered (due to my ignorance when making my original order - I should have asked Nik for advice at the outset) after the bike had already shipped, and Nik immediately took control, rerouted the shipment, provided me with the recommendations I needed, and modified the order to clean up my mistake and ensure my son will be able to compete. Now, in addition to great prices and selection, I can say that I highly recommend Americas Bike Company for outstanding customer service and expertise.

Ok, I don't give out 5's, but I have to. Great service , great price and unhesitant customer service on an issue . Nick stood behind us and we love the bikes. Bikes got here super fast too.
