All bikes shipped from our facility are inspected by our mechanics to make sure that you receive a bike in great working order. Our inspection also activates your FULL warranty without having to take the bike to a licenced dealer for final assembly. When you call in, there are no long option menus to reach a real person. Easy to order on website, and great customer service when I called with a delivery question. Bike arrived in great condition mostly assembled, and was easy to complete. Great experience!

Excellent service
Excellent service. I was personally called and asked if I wanted signature confirmation upon delivery. I was promptly given the tracking number and delivery was quicker than I was originally quoted.
