Ordered parts to convert my single speed cruiser bike to a three speed. ABC offered the right wheels, Nexus hub and shifters at the right price, and they showed up quickly. The instructions provided by Shimano were not in the box, so I had find the 3i adjustment procedure online, but that was minor. I had to re-dish both wheels so that the tires would be centered, but as stated on the packaging material, these parts are intended for a qualified shop, and fortunately I have a truing stand and dishing tool. All in all, this was an excellent buy, and ABC provided an outstanding customer experience.

awesome customer service Nick is top notch

Everything was what they said it'd be! Outstanding customer service granting a desire to do business again...soon!

Ordered GT Pantera, which I had been looking for. Web site said there was only 1 left. Ordered it and kept my fingers crossed. Call Mon morn and talked to a tech. He said I had gotten the last one avail. It shipped the same day and got it first thing Wed morning. Very happy with the service and shipping. Thank you. Top notch!

Didn’t have the bike in stock that I ordered but were very honest and helpful in suggesting alternatives and offering a refund.

Super quick shipping, and highly responsive staff - love the new bike.

I bought a 3 speed upgrade kit for my single speed cruiser bike. The kit contained new wheels (with rear 3 speed hub), shifter, and cable. All items were very easy to install and work great.

I would buy another bike from ABC for sure..
