I was leaving my house to go to an event and when I picked up my reading glasses, one of the arms came off. The screw apparently fell out and was no where to be found. I was frustrated and visited America’s Best on Barrett Pkwy to see if they could fix this. I was met by Melissa at the front desk. Friendly, courteous… When I explained what happened, her response was straight forward; “I got you”! She took my glasses, inserted a new screw, adjusted them and in no time, I was good to go. During that time, I was bantering with Lola (not sure of her position) but we were having a grand ‘ole time. Neither Melissa or Lola knew that I was having a crappy day however, both of them dismantled all my crappiness just with being pleasant, helpful, responsive, and jovial. Thank you, Melissa & Lola. You made my day!!!

My favorite place to go for eyeglasses! The employees are always friendly and willing to help you out any way they can. The eye exam is quick and easy and well explained as the doctor has you going through the tests. I have to have special lenses due to my diabetes and they are always willing to work with me. I have been going here for about 10 years and do not think I will be going anywhere else soon.

I was able to get a quick appointment for a contact exam. The doctor was awesome and was able to figure out my needs without too much hassle. Costs were low and I didn't have any issues at all.

I shop the location in Ft. Collins, Colorado. Yes, America's Best offers "affordable" glasses, but that isn't the only service they provide. They provide, well.... SERVICE. Every single staff person has been attentive, professional and committed to ensuring your experience is better than expected. I bought 3 pairs of glasses during my first visit. The pair I bought on my next visit weren't what I had hoped. I returned to the store prepared to be disappointed. However, Pam- the manager- was determined to make things right and went above and beyond to ensure that was the case. She and her staff are exceptional at customer service. I wish more retail establishments followed their example. I have recommended this store to many friends and family. I will certainly return. O and I am continuously complemented on my eyewear.

When someone goes above and beyond for you It should be recognized. That’s why I am writing about Katlynn Tyler. I am from out of town and don’t have an eye dr here. I started having vision problems and pain. I made several calls and couldn’t get an appointment for a month. Until I spoke to Kaitlynn, she spoke with a nurse where she works and determined that I shouldn’t wait to be seen. Katlynn then spent a lot of time calling many places until she found me an appointment for the next day. I can’t thank her enough for what she did. Katlynn is a true asset to her field.

Courtney was excellent everyone at America best was I got my new glasses in Hoover the doctor the assistant and Courtney who helped me pick out the frames everyone was great very satisfied very happy thank you all for great service
