I went to Americas Best on August 30,2024. I had insurance up to 300,00 to pay on glasses, it was like I was punished for having the insurance. I had to pay 30.00 for the FREE eye exam. I picked out a pair of glassed that was 139.50 and I expected to have to pay a little out of pocket but had to pay the whole amount. When I asked about the 2nd pair of glasses she told me I could only get it but it would be 40 percent off for the 2nd FREE pair. I told her I guess I should have not told you I have insurance, she smiled and said kind of. If you go there expect to pay full price on the glasses you picked out and the FREE eye exam. This place in Hancock Center will rip you off.

(Moline, IL store) Great service! I was greeted upon walking in. No sales pressure. They were very accommodating; got me in way ahead of my scheduled appointment (that gal also did my pre-tests and she did not pressure me or make me feel badly about choosing not to do the "extra" tests). The Dr. was personable, and answered any question I had. Then, the gal who helped me choose glasses, sat down with me and fitted me (Dawn), was super to work with and very personable. I also was impressed that they do a "double check" on measurement for bifocals. After she measured for line, she had the testing gal double check, and they were in agreement. Finally, I was Blessed with such a great deal on glasses (a nice selection for the 2 for deals and found great frames)! I recommend!

Everyone from start to finish were professional, very helpful, and very nice. I had my appointment at the new Chambersburg Pa store and the employees Tammy, Jessica, Sam, Danni, Mina were all terrific. Very pleasant experience.

My husband has been trying to have a pair of glasses adjusted for months now. No one has been able to help. We stopped at our favorite America's best in Menifee on Haun Road. One of the sale associates, may have been the manager not only took care of his issue but improved his glass frames as well. He loves them now.

The doctors and staff were all professional, courteous, and friendly. The store was clean and we had a great vision experience.

Went to one in turnersville nj to get my first contacts.The ladies that work there are awesome!! I loved the way the talk to you like a person not another customer.I had such a great experience there especially ANDREA,she's so funny and personable I wish everyone was like her ,the world would be a much happier place .And if she sees this "ET is still in the house"

Big KUDDOS to the 2 receptionists Monica and Erica and the Tech Laquitta as well as the Dr. were so generous, helpful and thorough to assist me with all of my eyecare needs. The Dr. was so kind and she was most helpful to explain the pros and cons of vision care. I would highly recommend this location.

About 4 months ago I visited the Waynesboro location for America's Best Eyeglasses. I was trying to order a pair of Blue Light glasses for my daughter. After 13 trips to this location, they could not seem to get the RX correct. I discussed this with many managers and still no resolution to my problem. Finally, I met Caroline Via, the new manager. She quickly jumped thru hoops to make me smile again. She sent my daughter to the Harrisonburg, VA location where the optometrist gave her another exam to correct her RX. The manager at that location Melissa Kyger rewrote her order. Finally by the 14th visit, the glasses were right!! If it wasn't for Caroline's determination to make me happy and make this right, I would not be happily returning to this location. As long as Caroline is still there watching over us, I will continue to visit this facility. I am a very satisfied customer at this time due to her.
