America's Worst!!
Terrible!!! Should be called America's Worst!! Ordered contacts online & took pic of my prescription from my eye dr that was a few days old & all correct info. The order was processed with an order number. So was patiently waiting for my order. About a week later I receive email from them saying they cancelled my order because my prescription was expired! So I call customer service & stay on hold forever & they say you can leave a voicemail for someone to return my call. No one ever called me. Next day tried again still no response. I emailed 3 times & still no response. So I filed complaint with BBB & they let them know about it. They have until the 23rd of this month to respond. So far still haven't responded. So I ordered my contacs from 1-800 Contacts that were great! Got 20% discount & shipped overnight for free!
