I had a great experience at this optical shop. The staff was friendly, professional and very helpful throughout the entire visit, I highly recommend this place and will definitely come back!

Joselyn at the 5667 Barnes Road in Colorado Springs store was awesome. She taught me so much about how frames should fit and spent alot of time with me. After all the years of wearing glasses that never fit me properly and causing frustration by contantly adjusting them, pushing them up and down going in and getting them adjusted I was so frustrated. Then I met Joselyn, at America's Best she introduced me to trying a pair of Petite frames. What a blessing ! Finally a pair of glasses that fit and never have to touch my frames again. They are perfect and she knows exactly what she's doing. What a life saver! My experience was smooth and she is very helpful and patient. I finally felt like I found someone that knew what she was doing. I am sooooo pleased I will go back again but not too soon, these frames are perfect. No one ever told me about Petite frames, never thought to ask. The one size fits all frames are not for me. I am so happy. If you want someone to help you she is the one! The store on Barnes Road in Colorado Springs is where she is! Her name is Joselyn.

We were assisted by Kennidy and she was AMAZING!! She is very informative and found a previous error in measuring my glasses. Their operation is first rate and I will be back as a return customer.

I had a great experience with Dr. Lin. He explained everything and made a prescription which was comfortable for my eyes. The promotions for glasses are great and the choice of frames is really good. Customer service is also good.

Went to AB in Knightdale NC had a great experience Cindy was awesome. She really took the time to explain my prescription to me. She helped me to decide whether I needed progressive or single wear glasses. I’ve been to other AB but Knightdale is by far my favorite thanks to Cindy and her exceptional customer service.

I went to the AB store in Columbia, TN. Wow! What a great experience. Thank you Destiny, jenny, and Amber for making me feel so relaxed and comfortable. The equipment was amazing. The customer service was outstanding. You know it is very true when you walk into ANY establishment the energy (good or bad) is contagious. The vibrations and frequency were superb! This review is for the America Best in Cleburne only. I have been a customer for about 20 years. Customer service was awful until I went to the Cleburne office. From the time you walk in you are treaded well and not being ignored like in other Anericas best. For the first time I was given a personal opinion and explanation with no pressure. I can recommend and staff member in the Cleburne Texas office

Awesome service w/ Maddie and Rion. Have visited four times, and each time, I've have been met with professionalism and a smile. The prices are reasonable and their selection is vast. I highly recommend them, and seek out Maddie!! She's a stud(ette)!
