Worst experience ever
This company has had my previous review flagged even though it was true. This company is completely unorganized and has no sense of customer service. It seems to run by men only and no one would give me the owner or a proper management info or phone number to contact. They also have caller Id and will not answer your calls when they don’t feel like it. No real office number, no real set work schedule and they pretty much do as they please once you have paid them. Very unprofessional. I’m a small business and wanted a new website and it comes with a logo. They took a week to do a logo I could have done on canva myself because I had seen something similar and told them that. When I asked for a refund b/c the turn around time was taking too long they asked me to give them another chance and that I’d work with someone else. I agreed b/c I’d already invested time & money. The website that they were building was ok but I felt like I was just settling b/c it was taking weeks to get done. Every minor change or detail that could be done in a few minutes they would wait 24 hours or so to make. I wanted to work with a professional to upgrade what I had previously but working with them has been a nightmare. When I had finally had enough, almost a month later and no finished website I asked for a refund and Chris started to lie about what happened and when I corrected him became very irate over the phone. I was finally promised a full refund but they wanted to pay me back half on week then the other half the next week. They didn’t send the second half as promised from the agreement. I have since been given my full refund after much back and forth. This is one of the worst experiences I’ve had since I’ve started my business.
