I am very pleased with the excellent website AWD in the person of the webmaster Kevin Walton did for me. As an professional Artist I am perfectionist and Kevin has a lot patience to listen me and do my website the way I was visualizing. His knowledge and kindness led his team to create a very functional and beautiful website.

The mockups looked amateur, the code was buggy, and communication was spotty at best. When I asked for revisions, it took forever and they still didn’t get it right.

I needed a website for my craft business. Brian Davis made a fantastic logo and website however, I didn’t know until probably 7 months after going live my site was only set up to fulfill any orders only from California. I found that out from Jeff Williams. Whether that’s true or not I’ll never know. I started working with Jeff. I thought things were going well until, he claimed I needed to add this and that that of course costs extra. For example, a live messaging on the site. At the same time, I was getting emails from “ customers” asking questions. I refused to put any more money into this project until I started seeing revenue from my site, which I was not. Then a couple more months went by, I was talking to Jeff about the fact that I still had not had any orders. Magically, I had 2 orders!! Turns out both those orders were bogus. I believe he put those fake orders in. I kept asking for a report for the site. I never got one even though he said I had the views and customers had my products on their carts. I wanted proof of that. Never got that either. Then, I got hundreds of emails per day from the same “ person” along for discounted prices. Mind you, the day I started getting those, he said a customer was asking about discounted prices. I mentioned to him that I was getting the emails he told me I was going to get scam emails. I told him I realized that and to please stop sending them to me. He told me it would cost more money and a different program to stop them. I didn’t fall for it. I went through the emails once every 2 or 3 days and deleted them. The emails went on for a few months and about 4 weeks ago I got a call from Charlie Dunbar. He told me a lot of people weren’t happy with Jeff and he was taking over. I told him about the emails and wallah the emails stopped! I’m really questioning whether my website is even active. I have put a lot of money into it and am absolutely sick over it. The main reason I chose AWD was because they claim they have a money back guarantee. What a joke!! I've told them I want a refund multiple times. They. say it's too late. I want my money back!!!!
