Previously, I feel like short cuts are always taken instead of just listening to what I need the first time around. If there’s an app or something out there, they want to jump and use it instead of finding out if it truly fits my needs. My web site has a foreign feel to it per my clients. We are working to get that updated. Charlie is taking over things so we will see if they improve.
