Worked with some of the Worlds greatest Web Designers and human beings. I’ll appreciate the work they did on helping with our Nonprofit Website by adding some updates and professionalism to our platform. I wouldn’t use any other company going forth because of the impact they have made in our companies lives.

Working with John was one of my best experience! He is so helpful and very patient. He does what you do want exactly. Thank you so much John for everything that you have done for Mangala LLC. Best,

Sent a logo I created and was using and contracted for help changing certain aspects (e.g. color, font). The good news is that they did a good job doing exactly what I asked them to do. However, almost immediately after services and payment were rendered, I began receiving multiple texts and calls indicating that I needed to pay >5x what I initially paid for in order to transfer copyright so I could use what I have (and created and owned already). Note that no indication of this "need" was given on their website, pricing plans, in any text or email communication, or in any form or contract. Yet, this has not stopped them from attempting to hold my logo hostage for more money. Fortunately, I know intellectual property and copyright law enough to that I owned the rights prior to ever contacting them and did not transfer it to them at any time. Nonetheless, I receive a harassing text or call every other week indicating that I need to pay more money for my own "protection". Buyer beware!

The communication between myself and Daniel was very good. Whenever I had a question or issue, he immediately responded. My website required unique features so they really worked diligently to get my needs met. I’m super happy with the end product. As I required updates and edits along the way, they were happy to accommodate and worked efficiently to get them done. The price to get my website developed was fair and I’m really glad I chose American Web Developers.

This company did a fantastic job with my website. Overall experience was good, especially with the last person assigned to the project, Abby Moore. Of the 3 people that worked on the project, she was more responsive and always making sure I got what I wanted. The only issue I have with this group is the ability to reach them when you need to on the phone. They barely answer calls.

Chris Morris provided exceptional customer service throughout the project. His dedication and responsiveness ensured that our project was a success. He not only delivered the project on time but also exceeded our expectations in terms of quality and attention to detail. Working with Chris was a pleasure, and I highly appreciate his professionalism.
