American Van LinesReviews of americanvanlines.com

Movers were quick and efficient. I felt the items they packed for me were packed carefully, and I generally felt they were careful with my items while unloading / loading. They were also promptly at my pickup location and the delivery locations at the scheduled times. Also, I felt everything was well explained, which put me at ease during the moving process. Additionally, on unloading, I have not found any items to have been damaged in the move. They did a great job, and I would definitely use them again in the future!

David Thornton was the best !!!! The guys that loaded were VERY CAREFUL to wrap all the furniture. All were polite and showed much knowledge in their jobs. I would use this company again with NO hesitation.

Very professional and very prompt

The awesome crew members who delivered the company promise

Professionalism was impecable and the team was my best moving experience I have ever had. Commitment to detail was stellar.

The movers performed very well. My possessions were loaded on time and efficiently. The driver scheduled my delivery at a convenient time for me and the delivery and unloading was very professional. High marks for the care given to my furniture and household belongings.

Our 600+ mile move went well thanks to AVL. Bob made making an inventory list easy, and even provided guidance and patient advice. Jennifer did the same when it came time for a final review and patiently handled our many inventory updates. Our driver Donnie and his team were professional and efficient, meeting us at our location on the day promised. We appreciate everyone's efforts in getting us to our new home smoothly.

The folks at American Van Lines are good at what they do. Every stage of the move went smoothly even when the need to adapt arose. The estimate was very accurate and American Van Lines under promised and over delivered. The personnel on the load-up and unload side were excellent. There is always some uncertainty with every cross country move due to unpredictable factors like weather, traffic, and the behavior of other customers, for example. American Van Lines did a good job keeping me informed. The box packing I did myself. American Van Lines packed up my furniture and they did it so well that I don’t believe that I incurred even a single scratch. After the move, American Van Lines called to check in with me for feedback on the service they provided. They also were interested that my goods arrived in the same condition as when they started out. They weren’t perfect. There was a little extra hardware left over after they put my bed back together. In the larger scheme, that was nothing to me. I really can’t imagine having a better experience than my experience with American Van Lines.
