Everything was on-time and safely-cared for. The loading and unloading crews on each end were great. Blue Sky Moving as the driver was fantastic and communicative.

Nick was great. He was easy to work with, respectful of our property. He was done within the expected timeframe. The staff he hired at both locations were efficient.

The movers took excellent care of my belongings and were very careful to protect my home at delivery.

Moving team was professional and very hard working. Our move Virginia to Florida was completed in two days as promised. Loading took 5 hours for 2,700 square foot house. Unloading took 1.5 hours

Having helped friends and family with several moves over the years, we realize that moving is stressful. Early on we agreed that when our time came we would be hiring a moving company. As recent empty nesters we purged, donated and sold as much as we could before the move but in the end we still had a 3 bedroom household with some antiques and a Harley that worried us. Knowing that we would do most of the packing ourselves, we maintained a detailed summary of our inventory (small, medium and large boxes). As part of our extensive search of moving companies, we spoke with and received quotes from 11 companies, from do it yourself, mom and pop, local, regional, brokers and national for our budget-friendly out-of-state, (VT to MS) move. We conducted online searches, read all the positive/negative reviews, we asked friends and neighbors for recommendations and offered each mover the option to perform either an in person or remote site visit or use our inventory summary to prepare a quote. In early 2025, we selected American Van Lines knowing they were far from the cheapest and several thousand less than the most expensive. From our multiple conversations with our Move Coordinator, to our Customer Service Rep and the Quality Assurance Manager and the actual movers, everyone was easy to work with. Our calls were either answered or returned promptly, they answered all our questions, and handled all our worries, checking in with us when necessary. We were very pleased with the movers, they arrived when they said they would, they were courteous, professional, and quick. We would highly recommend using them, and we would definitely use American Van Lines again.

Our move was rough at first but everyone in the company went out of their way to make it amazing! Erica who is incredible helped win our complete loyalty to the company always going above and beyond and truly made us feel special and valued while also reassuring us during the more difficult parts. Rosa, and the Manager Melissa who helped us out when issues arose are also amazing and a credit to this company. And we cannot forget the incredible movers Mr Henry Garcia and Mr Mike. Thank You all so much and look forward to finishing our moving process with your company.

Stan and his assistant did an excellent job of loading our home and delivering. They were friendly, professional and very efficient. A much better experience than I had with another high rated carrier. Would definitely use American again!

Impecable work done on both sides of moving! Very friendly and hard working men doing an outstanding job. Communication during the entire transition was outstanding!!
