We can see that our support agent explained that there were shipping delays due to a backlog at the US/Canadian border, resulting from a new border rule unexpectedly imposed by the US Government. We're very sorry that the button-shirts didn't work. Our items have been fit-tested by our models as well as tall people in our community. The products may fit slightly different depending on each person's measurements, however, we have fit experts to help find your size.
