We're sincerely sorry you received jeans with an unpleasant odor. The smell is due to a wash treatment that is commonly used for jeans to give them their signature look. We can assure you that our items are safe for customer wear. We work closely with high-quality manufacturers so we can ensure that our clothing is produced as ethically as possible. We recommend washing in plain water and air drying the jeans to help remove the odor. We're sincerely sorry for your experience. In the first week of February, the U.S. government introduced new tariffs, which were unexpectedly applied to shipments already in transit. We have been working with UPS to get the billing sorted, however, they should not be sending you the invoice.
