I bought the Jersey Knit Joggers for women and was thrilled when they arrived to find they were long and soft and comfortable. However, the material is woefully inadequate and almost immediately began to pil. I washed them as directed, inside out and hung to dry, however after a few times wearing them they have become so pilled they are now garbage. I tried customer service and got an answer almost immediately but they say that I cannot return the item ONCE IT IS WORN! I am frustrated because I spent over $70 and trusted the material would perform adequately if worn and washed appropriately. I am sadly disappointed that they will not stand behind the performance of their product.

The clothes are nice. But TERRIBLE customer service. No way to speak to anyone. Just chat or email. And they did not resolve my problem. Beware they charge for returns

Bought a pair of jeans from American Tall for my partner, within 2 wears the jeans tore. Got in touch with customer service, I was able to send the jeans back for a new pair. Received the new pair pretty quickly, which was great since these were a gift. Atlas, the new jeans tore within a couple months. Got in touch with customer service again, was told no need to return them we will give you a refund, which was great as I was so embarrassed that the jeans I gifted someone were subpar, but the price did not reflect that! But then received a shipping label? I was then told oh no you have to return the jeans for a refund! Told me one thing and then changed it up. I still have the communication between customer service and myself. A whole lot of running around for some ripped, subpar, inferior product. Will not be purchasing anything from this company again.

I ordered slim jeans in my size. They're huge plus the button hole is too small! Tried to chat, there's no button to send responses! Can't find a phone #. They are sale pants but even if they did fit, the button hole is too small! I always liked their jeans but if this does get resolved, I'll be shopping elsewhere. Don't buy slim if you're used to skinny stretch.

They refused to post my review, so I am posting here. I purchased several items Order #800286 Summary and did review when asked. No problems with the sweatpants I purchased. They were all very nice and well made. However, on the jeans I purchased which were final sale I left a low review so others would know there was a problem with THE BRITNEY - WOMEN'S TALL BOOTCUT JEANS IN TRUE GRIT GREY. The color was nice, but the knees were so tight you could barely get your foot through then they flared into the bootcut. The jeans are worthless and I could not even donate them as you can barely get your foot through the knee area. I believe this is why they had them marked down. But $44.00 is still a lot of money for a product that cannot be used and no refund available. I did find another review noting the knee area was so tight that the pants could not be worn. I think American Tall was aware of this problem, but sold them anyways and knowingly is withholding poor reviews.

I ordered 3 shirts one of which is way too thin and flimsy. I paid 19 for it and can’t return it without losing 9 of my 19 dollars. I’m going to stick with Amazon with free returns. We thought giving a smaller company a shot was a good thing but not again. And try getting past there robot customer service

Ordered over $200 of shirts for a gift out of state. Was told on purchase could be up to two weeks for delivery. After two weeks When I hadn't heard from the person, I called and found they never recieved the gift. Used their automated service for help. Two busines days later I'm answered by their support team that it's a CVS and they have 3 days to pick it up. The giftee was able to make it on the last day to CVS and it couldn't be found and instructed to go to UPS, they couldnt find it and was sent back to CVS to recheck. Again had to use A.T. automated assistant, again 2 days later I recieve a response that it had been sent back to A.T. with no follow up of how to handle this. So again last Friday used the automated service to see how this can be redelivered its now been 4 days NO RETURN RESPONSE....

1) sizing is pretty sketchy have 33” waist ordered 34” and it was so tight I couldn’t button the shorts 2) since I had ordered 2 pair for 50% I assumed I’d be able to exchange both for a different size…size wasn’t available so they gave me store credit and when the size was back in stock it wasn’t on sale so now I paid full price for 1 pair of shorts 3) length is a bit shorter than advertised NOT recommended, 3 items I have ordered all run very small, customer credit means you get screwed out of sale price
