I ordered a pair of pants that came with a small defect. I reached out to the company and they issued me a full refund without question. I've since ordered jackets and other items from them and all have been great. As a tall guy it's hard to find clothes that fit, but so far everything I've ordered has fit great. Super

I've pretty much replaced all of my former sports clothes with American Tall. I'm almost 5'11, and the only sweat pants & sweaters I wear are ATs. They are well made, arms and legs long enough without resorting to Men's styles and sizing. I would love to see more primary colors (bright reds, blues, greens, whites) in the collection :-) but that's just me. At times their sizing can be a little inconsistent -- one style of jeans is fine in a 10, another is too large -- but have had no trouble with returns and am truly surprised to see complaints about this on Trust Pilot. The winter coat I bought on close out for a ridiculously discounted price is absolutely stunning ... AND it is the only coat in my closet that is not a Men's. I'm a fan!

As an extremely tall woman I have always struggled to find clothes that fit, are stylish, and comfortable. Everything I have ordered has been fantastic. Long inseams, arm lengths, a down jacket that actually hits my knees! I love them!!
