I purchase two pair of shorts
I purchase two pair of shorts, cotton blend. Fit was very good. But, they were made on the cheap: loose threads everywhere and the buttons had about 3 stitches holding them on. Biggest problem is they faded after second cold/warm wash, dye was not color fast. They are in my work around the yard drawer now.

My delivery was stolen because there are no delivery instructions available. Trying to deal with support has been a nightmare. The response time is about 1 email every 7-10 days. I spent over $200 on shirts for work and now I have to do a charge back with my bank. Won't ever order from this company again.

If I could give them negative stars…
If I could give them negative stars I would. I ordered a shirt that was on sale - nothing on the page said final sale. Then when I received the shirt and it was terrible quality I went to rerun it and they said it’s final sale because it was on sale and directed me to read their terms of service. Look the terms of service does say sale items are final sale but their return policy doesn’t state anything about that. So I got shafted some coin… nbd. I’ll take some credit for not reading the entire website before I purchased something … my one star rating is based on quality. Just not a good shirt for the money. Better off getting custom from like Indochino for maybe $15 more.

I wouldn't give them any stars
I wouldn't give them any stars. My package was lost while they tried to “deliver” to another country. They said they won’t refund international deliveries due to the package will never get back to them. Well what about me ? The package never made it to me and I didn’t get my money back? So you got my money but I didn’t get your items ? How is that works ?

Terrible customer service
Terrible customer service. I returned some leggings that were too tight in the waist. I kept two pairs that didn't fit well because I had worn them around the house. I received an email today stating that my returns were unsaleable due to being washed or worn, but they would excuse it this time. WTAF? This is patently untrue! I tried to contact customer service and had the same experience others have reported here (chatbot, being disconnected repeatedly). I finally gave up and replied to the email that I would rather pay for the items than to allow them to feel they were doing a cheater some sort of good deed. What a rotten way to do business. I had purchased a few other items in the past, but the quality is not there and the customer service is worse than non-existent, it is downright rude.

Beware to buy from overseas. Return is tricky
Purchase size M from UK. Arrived alright but size resembled XL more than medium. Initiated return process, paid 40£ to ship it back and has been asked by AT to clear it from destination customs despite the fact it is a return shipment and shouldn't be subject to customs duties. Terrible terrible shopping experience and international customers stay away.

We are currently looking for international carriers to make shipments and returns easier for our customers! We outline all the steps to take when returning to our warehouse to avoid duty fees on the returned items as no fees should be charged for returned goods. Absolutely no customer service.I gave them my shipping address, which they changed. Package was sitting at the wrong post office for two months. Their "virtual assistant" is useless as there are so few options, and no way to follow up. No paperwork at all comes with the package. As of now, I'm out nearly $100. Will probably or order again. In spite of their response to this review, they did not help me and because it is impossible to contact them I'm still out the money.

Just go to wal mart
Just go to wal mart. Quality is better and when they shrink and the bottom stitch flips up you wont be so disappointed
