The men's clothes don't hold up in the paint. My 15-year-old son is 6'9", and I thought I had finally found a solution for him with this company, but it was not the solution. The clothes rip very quickly, from the hoodie to the white t-shirt that was delivered stained; I have nothing this boy can wear from this selection of clothing I bought him in February. Then I sent them an email with a picture of the pants, and they expected me to hold on to them, as they took up space in my home of never-ending clothing, until their quote-unquote "case was complete." Their clothing is a joke, and I do not recommend one piece to anyone.

The coat I ordered was long enough but was designed to fit someone in the 250 lb + range and I weigh 195 so I returned it. I was charged a fee for the return and then the company refused to refund my money. Instead, I was given credit. I have bought many shoes online from Zappo's and their return process is seamless and you are not charged. It is th same with Nordstrom. When I called, the person I spoke with was abrupt with me and refused to refund the money due to some small print that I agreed to so I am sure their lawyers have it covered. I WOULD DEFINITELY NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY

Cheap and thin fabric!!! These polo shirts are basically transparent because they are thinner than a t-shirt. You will have to wear an undershirt or two or look like a bum. Nowhere on the website does it tell you where the company is located. It is in Canada, and not the US. So, if you are returning something you need a have International Customs Declaration or pay their exorbitant shipping fee. Just another company reselling China sweat shop fabric for top dollar.

Update again: May 7th, A.T. has not credited my visa nor is it pending. I thought it was resolved ....it is not yet. May 3, 2024 this was resolved. This could have been resolved long ago if there was a phone number or email vs a Chat Bot. But I am happy (very happy) this is resolved now. American Tall said FREE SHIPPING. I ordered $702 of clothing. UPS shows up a week later demanding $316 in COD costs to deliver. I refused. They had to return two more times. Meanwhile, I am trying to reach American Tall to allow the free delivery as promised. No response. After UPS returned their box I asked for a refund. They said they would give me a $100 credit on a future order (not sure how as no code!) and THEY STILL (04/29/24) haven't returned my money. HELP this is so much money.

I live between the states and London. I ordered items to be shipped to my home in London and I received an email saying that the carrier (they chose) needed additional contact information (all provided at time of order). Okay, annoying but whatever..What has me the most fussed is that they had the nerve to say that if any item is returned to them, I would not be issued a refund. This was not disclosed at the time of purchase. Bush leagues. I have never ever had this experience with any other retailer shipping who agreed to ship to the UK then make such an insensitive and aggressive statement. They need to sort their systems and learn what customer service means. Done with them.

I was very excited to find this company and immediately ordered joggers for my husband. They were supposedly the slightly slim choice but had Very wide legs. Wanted to clarify issue for exchange but customer service is nonexistent. Their AI is very limited and takes days to email with a person. Gave up and returned the item. I was also charged $9 for this “privilege”. Never again!

Over a month has passed since using a label provided by American tall to return a product that did not fit and I still have not received my account credit. You cannot speak with anyone and they do not respond to emails. When I finally was able to chat with a real person online she was unable to resolve anything. No credit, no email from manager that she promised me. DO NOT SHOP HERE. I bought hundreds of dollars of clothing other years and all was well. Not this year...I would imagine ownership or management has changed.
