They denied me from their services and then on top of that they wanna keep $30 for the damn Dr that’s not right and I’m telling all my Fire Department members to contact all their Fire Department members and Ambulance corner members and I’m gonna tell him that your company sucks Unless I get all my money back. That’s a scam.

Thank you for reaching out with your concerns, Mark! Yes, there is a fully disclosed $25 non-refundable fee that goes directly to our licensed physicians to cover their evaluation services. That does not make our company a scam. Though it is rare for an individual with a legitimate need to be denied by one of our licensed physicians, it does happen from time to time. Our doctors review every application thoroughly and base qualification off of specific mental health disability criteria and state-specific protocol. If you feel that this determination was made in error and/or you would like to provide additional information to the treating physician for further evaluation, please give our team a call directly at 877-201-2755 during normal business hours.
