Horrible
I needed my esa letter immediately & I ended up having to wait 30 days for it still haven't got it

Hi Alexander, there are a few states that require, by law, a 30-day waiting period for the patient-doctor relationship to be established. We wish there was a way to expedite this on the ESA letters, but we must comply with state law. I received my letter on time for my…
I received my letter on time for my landlord, received my dog's harness and badge. But I see the reason to be charged $25 a month for services I don't want or need. That should be up to me, not you.

I cancelled in November of 2025 and am…
I cancelled in November of 2025 and am still getting charged. It is hard to find any contact information or ways to cancel so I really would not recommend this service.

You guys again??
You guys again??? This morning i get a fraud alert text from my bank. Do you know what a pain it is every time that happens? Everywhere I have that card set up I have to set up a new card and wait for that new card to get to me. Times are tough, things are expensive, people don’t have the time and don’t deserve this. You guys kept me in enrolled in some “pet training service” for an ESA letter that i was denied. Just taking what you can over and over and over and over.
